    The amazing views from the Premier Ocean King room stood out. I loved the multiple pool areas. They were refreshing and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a nice selection to fuel our busy days. The beach area could use more attention. It felt unclean . The staff's communication, especially at check-in, needs improvement due to limited English proficiency. Despite having a fantastic room, I found it frustrating to navigate the resort's layout and the billing issues. The scenery and facilities were great, but some aspects need enhancement for a luxury experience.

    My favourite property in Dong Khe Sau. Comfortable modern hip new hotel for 2 nights in Dong Khe Sau. Perfect location of the property in a beautiful setting. And just next door to a local restaurant, very kind and the city center.

    Our experience was marred by multiple frustrations. The staff were often unhelpful, and we faced constant issues with our room, such as no warm water and a lengthy wait for assistance that ultimately did not resolve the problem. It reminded me of the resort was more focused on extracting additional fees for services rather than providing a luxury experience as advertised.

    A safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar were available in our premier residence. We got bidet too. The hotel was in a stunning position short walk to beautiful beach where there are other cafes. It also was on the sea.
